How Accutroll Works
The TCM gives you manual throttle from the app. Closed-loop cruise needs the NMEA2000 WiFi Gateway so the TCM can hold a target speed.

Manual throttle vs closed-loop cruise
The TCM and NMEA2000 WiFi Gateway are Wi-Fi based.
TCM only — you command throttle from the Accutroll app. That is manual throttle: the TCM moves the servo to the opening you set.
Closed-loop cruise — requires the NMEA2000 WiFi Gateway. The gateway bridges NMEA2000 data onto IP so the TCM has real-time boat speed. You command a target in the app (for example 2 mph or 2.5 mph). The gateway provides speed feedback, and the TCM adjusts throttle to hold that target.
