This clip is a shop-floor install on a 2018 carb T25 with helm/binnacle (“non-throttle arm”), not a complete photo guide. This is a different kit from Yamaha (02) EFI.
The kit uses a wider-gap / sliding throttle-arm replacement so the helm or the servo can move throttle. Grease the slider.
The servo mounts on an intake bolt (10 mm). Throttle hardware is 8 mm.
This clip also shows TCM power (fused red, nearby ground, mount on the timing-belt cover). Use the TCM Installation Guide for the official electrical and calibration path.
Next Steps
After completing the mechanical installation:
- Proceed with TCM power wiring and mounting (see the main TCM Installation Guide).
- Connect the servo to the TCM.
- Mount the TCM using the supplied ALFA-LOK fasteners.
- Discover the device in the Accutroll app.
- Calibrate the servo sweep range.
