Overview
The RC-01 is a compact Bluetooth remote that provides wireless control of the TCM—including Idle/Resume, throttle adjustments, cruise control activation, and user-configurable macros. Documentation in this section covers pairing workflows, configuration, and best practices for on-the-water use.
User buttons 1, 2, and 3 each support single-click and double-click assignments. Each slot can be set to a single action (instant preset), a one-shot macro (a sequence that runs once), or a repeating macro (a sequence that loops until interrupted). See Configure for details.
Power & Battery
The RC-01 is powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery, which typically lasts 1–2 seasons of normal use.
Sleep & Wake
To conserve battery, the remote automatically enters sleep mode after 2 hours of inactivity. To wake it, press any button. The remote will then advertise for Bluetooth connection for 30 seconds, indicated by a blinking blue LED behind the Idle/Resume button. If no connection is established within that window, the remote returns to sleep.
